Terms and Conditions [EMEA only]

  1. The Sterling Commerce Customer Reference Program (“Program”) is being offered to Sterling Commerce customers who complete a customer reference activity (“Activity”). The Program is not an amendment to any existing or future agreement a customer may have with Sterling Commerce.
  1. Upon delivery of an Activity, customers will be enrolled in the Program and thus be entitled to collect rewards for Activities they engage in.
  1. Customers may redeem for the rewards being offered through the Program. Rewards are surrendered upon redemption.
  1. Fulfillment of the reward redemption is within the sole responsibility of the participating customer.
  1. Rewards obtained in the Program may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent nor will expired rewards be refunded as cash. In addition, rewards may not be redeemed for software license fees or maintenance fees. Rewards cannot be used as payment on invoices issued by Sterling Commerce. Rewards cannot be transferred to any third party.
  1. Program rewards cannot be combined with any other corporate discounts and promotions.
  1. Unless otherwise agreed travel and accommodation expenses are not included in any reward.
  1. Sterling Commerce looks forward to a continued participation of our customers within the Program. However we understand that there might be reasons to voluntarily cancel a membership or withdraw permission for continued use of reference. Should this be the case, the participating customer shall confirm cancellation in writing to Sterling Commerce, and will have one year from the cancellation date to redeem the rewards accrued in the Program prior to cancellation. Any unused reward shall expire afterwards.
  1. Sterling Commerce reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Sterling Commerce also reserves the right to change the program terms and conditions at any time.
  1. Sterling Commerce will use customer information solely in conjunction with the Program within the Sterling Commerce group of companies. Please refer to Sterling Commerce’s Privacy Policy for additional information, or contact the Privacy Office directly at privacy-emea@stercomm.com with any questions.
